Nose Surgery ( Rhinoplasty)

Rhinoplasty  is surgery that changes the shape of the nose. The motivation for rhinoplasty may be to change the appearance of the nose, improve breathing or both. The upper portion of the structure of the nose is bone, and the lower portion is cartilage. There are two types of plastic surgery used -reconstructive surgery that restores the form and functions of the nose and cosmetic surgery that changes the appearance of the nose.

Types of Rhinoplasty

1. Closed rhinoplasty involves only incisions placed within the nostrils, with a small incision placed on the columella . The greatest benefit of closed rhinoplasty is that the incision (and subsequent scar) is made within the nostril and thus not visible. However, in closed rhinoplasty the left and right nostril incisions remain disconnected, making repositioning of the nasal skin difficult, increased chance of nasal cartilage distortion
2. Open rhinoplasty is performed from outside of the noseThe choice of procedure lies in which method will achieve optimal results. The ease of access to underlying bone and cartilage structure is the primary benefit of open rhinoplasty. This access results in improved accuracy when reshaping the framework.open rhinoplasty minimizes the chances of nasal cartilage distortion and facilitates reshaping of the tip cartilages through intricate suturing or grafting techniques.

Silicone nasal augmentation is a safe and effective procedure when used for moderate increases in nasal height. If the implant is shaped appropriately to the patient’s nasal phenotype, the risk of extrusion may be reduced.

Tip Plasty

A round or a long nose tip may make the face appear flat or long, even dull. It can also make the nose look wider, resulting in an unbalanced lookTip Plasty ,while giving the nose tip a sharper point, also reduces the width of the nose. We will be designated with the necessary operation depending on the condition of the clients’ nose. The outcome will bring definition to the face, and a more sophisticated look.
1. acellular dermal matrix (ADM) biological implants offer an exciting alternative for structural support and nonstructural implantation in rhinoplasty procedures.  ADM offers a safe and effective alternative to traditional grafting methods for functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty.
2. Cartilage surgery : cartilage which creates the tip of the nose. This proceduce involves the cartilage being replaced, reshaped, or implanted depending on the client’s nose, the most natural and satisfying result .

Alarplasty for Wing Reduction

Alarplasty is a cosmetic procedure that changes the shape of the nose.It is popular with people who want to reduce the look of nasal flaring and people who want to make their nose look more symmetrical.

Liposuction & Fat Grafting

Liposuction

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck. Liposuction also shapes (contours) these areas. The procedure may be performed under general, regional, or local anesthesia. It involves using a cannula and negative pressure with machine like laser,Ultrasound or RF to suck out fat. As a cosmetic procedure it is believed to work best on people with a normal weight and good skin elasticity.

Fat Grafting

A fat grafting procedure, or fat injection, transfers fat from areas in which you have excess fat, such as the outer thighs, Fat is harvested from one part of your body, washed and purified, and then carefully reinjected with specially designed needles into the areas that need augmentation and that may be lacking in volume, such as your face, hands, breasts or buttocks.
This safe, long-lasting, well-tolerated procedure produces natural-looking results. Every year, thousands of people undergo successful fat grafting and are pleased with the results.. It may be necessary to repeat the fat grafting procedure several times to achieve the desired result.

Dimple Surgery ( Dimpleplasty)

Dimples: Beautiful Defects

Dimples are small natural indentations in the flesh that can be found on the cheeks or above the corners of the mouth. The indentations are caused by variations in the structure of the facial muscle.Dimpleplasty is a type of plastic surgery used to create dimples on the cheeks.
A small biopsy instrument to make a hole in your skin to manually create a dimple. A small amount of muscle and fat is removed to aid in this creation. The area is about 2 to 3 millimeters in length. Once your doctor creates the space for the future dimple, they then position a suture (sling) from one side of the cheek muscle to the other. The sling is then tied to set the dimple permanently in place.

Lip Surgery

Lip Surgery

Lip surgery” is an aesthetic surgical procedure to improve the shape and proportionate to balance facial appearance.  Popular lip surgery includes reducing the volume of a lip, lifting a droopy lip, and adjusting the lip shapes such as a horn chestnut- shaped lip, a cupid bow shape, etc. Make a more attractive and youthful appearance. However, lips will relate to a beautiful smile. We offer many methods of lip surgery and lip augmentation with fillers

Chin Surgery ( Mentoplasty )

The treatment involves changing the appearance of the chin by placing a silicone-based implant deeply against the jaw. The aim for this kind of chin sugery is often to create a more prominent chin, and the implants are available in different shapes and sizes to help with your desired look.

GOLDEN RATIO

It’s a mathematical equation that translates to facial plastic surgery.  The golden ratio states that a traditionally “beautiful” person’s face is approximately one and one-half times longer than it is wide. The chin impacts the golden ratio more noticeably than any other area of the face.

Mentoplasty

Chin surgery, or mentoplasty, is a surgical procedure to reshape the chin either by enhancement with an implant or reduction surgery on the bone.
Mentoplasty is a quick and simple surgical procedure that offers incredible aesthetic results. From a small intraoral incision, the chin bone is approached and the surgeon makes the necessary movements to harmonize the patient’s face.

Eyelid Surgery ( Blephaloplasty) and Non-Surgery with Plexr Plasma

Blephaloplasty

Blepharoplasty , also known as “double eyelid surgery”, is a type of cosmetic surgery where the skin around the eye is reshaped. The purpose of the procedure is to create an upper eyelid with a crease from an eyelid that is naturally without a crease (also known as a “single eyelid” or “monolid”).
Blepharoplasty is a type of surgery that repairs droopy eyelids and may involve removing excess skin, muscle and fat. As you age, your eyelids stretch, and the muscles supporting them weaken. For some people, a blepharoplasty goes beyond cosmetic concerns.

Blepharoplasty without surgery or laser with Plexr

Plexr is definitely one of our most interesting developments, a real revolutionary and patented innovation in the field of aesthetic medicine and surgery. The principle is to ionise gases in the air to create a small electrical arc, similar to a tiny lightning bolt, with which dermal and epidermal areas affected by aesthetic problems may be treated, without spreading unwanted heat to surrounding areas. It’s uesed in eyebag/eyelid correction. No cutting of skin , it’s no scar after this treatment
